Have You Seen The Vapor Cup?
As a Canna Chef, one of my favorite parts in what I do is being able to not only make medicine taste good, but to also make medicating as discreet as possible. I was born and raised in Virginia, a state where Cannabis is still very illegal. In saying that I always had to be careful with where and how I consumed my cannabis. After all I was fracturing a law or two. ;-)
Other than medibles, the oh so popular vaporizers are making it easier for those to consume without drawing attention. Now, there are some vapors that do draw a lot of eyes by either the huge cloud one exhales from it or there may be a tiny hint of that distinct wonderful odor of Marijuana. There are vaporizers for BHO, CO2, Flower Vapors, and even certain ones may do a combo. It is all a personal preference and of course it varies in each individual.
I am more of a flower girl and it was difficult to find a flower vapor that wasn't so obvious until I discovered this little gem, the Vapor Cup. Oh my do I love it! The stainless steel coffee cup design blends with life to ensure your privacy. It is amazingly easy to clean, has a digital display that gives you exact temperature control that is adjustable by a single degree, and will reach a temp of 360 degrees in about a minute.
It has indeed became my favorite little travel buddy!

The buds are a light shade of green and yellow with amber hairs on the trichomes giving it an even more yellow tent.
REVIEW
I not only had a relaxed feeling from this strain, but I was also full of energy. A long lasting feeling of happiness and euphoria. I would rank this strain highly for those who suffer from depression. The relaxed feeling helped with my arthritis, but kept me awake and energized, making it a perfect daytime med. The flavor on exhale was smooth with a sweet citrus taste. This is ranked high with me on the Sativa Dominant strains. It is also a great plant for a at home grower. Lemon Haze, I find, is perfect with edibles, both to cook with and for the consumer on the go.
This strains THC has been measured at about 15-20% with CBD of 0.38%.

There are many documentaries centered around cannabis. This one by far is my favorite. I found it to be the most informative about the industry, the legality, the science, the plant, our government, and answers the "whys" many have about Cannabis. If you want to expand your knowledge or have a friend or know someone who has questions about Marijuana this is a great film to turn them on to. It is available to watch on +Netflix and also available at low cost on DVD at +Amazon.com . A SUPER SATIVA is the best way to describe Super Jack. This strain in my opinion is TOP SHELF, I would NOT pass up this strain if you come across it. Not only was I energized, but felt as if I was Super Woman, lol. Seriously this aided me in getting a lot of things done with no anxiety or paranoia. A very uplifting and energizing high. I'd give it 5 stars on the Sativa list! I would also highly suggest cooking with this strain. I not only enjoy a good toke, but I LOVE cooking with it! It is perfect for my Canna Cookies Iced Coffee or any day time HAPPY MEAL ;-) or HAPPY SNACK you prefer.
This strains THC measures at 18-23% with CBD .03-0.2%

High Times Cannabis Cup Winner
Paris OG is one of the top strains to hit the game. I have always been a fan of this strain so you can imagine I was excited to meet Dr. Kay, master grower of Paris OG, at +BrealTV Main the day we shot the cover of my first cannabis cookbook The Happy Chef THC.
Growing is an art, no question, and I have always had great admiration for those with a green thumb as I would probably kill a cactus. (lol)
Growing GOOD medicine is hard work and there is a lot of skill involved more than many realize.
When I medicate I prefer Indicas or Indica-Dominant strains. I have arthritis set in from old injuries and also runs in my family. I prefer the indicas as they give me, when properly dosed, a nice "edge off" feeling as a pain reliever. Also I work hard and when stressed I carry it in my shoulders. After a long day, there is nothing I love more then getting off work, coming home to puff a joint or cook a medicated dinner for myself and friends. If you have arthritis, pains, or you just want to kick back and relax this is a perfect strain to do so.

Big semi fluffy buds with dark orange hairs throughout and extremely resin coated with a snowy white frost look.
REVIEW
An extremely potent indica. Frosty sticky nugs, layers of trichomes. The taste is quite strong even for experienced tokens so be cautious of how much or hard a puff you take, it may cause beginners to choke. I experienced a very relaxing and bold sensation. An amazing pain reliever that allowed me to also clear my head, relax, and sleep.
Great for patients suffering from chronic pain or those with trouble sleeping.
This strains THC measured at 20-29% with a CBD of 0.2%.

A little over a year ago I was at the CHAMPS convention in Las Vegas. I came across a vender booth that housed the 'Roll-Uh-Bowl'. I was fortunate enough to meet the creator of this amazing invention, Charlie. Charlie was showing me his product and I must say I was impressed. A collapsable bong made of 100% American Silicone that you can fold up and put in your pocket?!?!?
I think the perfect Travel Bong was made...
Now my preference is and will always be edibles and joints. I am "old school" and I am from the bible belt of Virginia. Joints were more discreet, easily carried, and easily discarded (most important part). If I would go to a concert I would bring a joint and if approached by someone in uniform...I made it vanish :) . A bong, to me, was something that was always to big to hide. I also like the low maintenance of joints and edibles. Less clean up!
I first took my Roll-Uh-Bowl to Huntington Beach California and tried it out. And it is a perfect little travel bong. Lightweight, folded and carried in my beach bag, and was surprisingly low maintenance to clean. I am a fan!
If you are more of a bong user check out this product. It is a great invention and I'll be sure to take it on my next road trip.
